Individual Speed Coaching

$80 NZD per Hour/ $60 NZD per 30 minutes

Receive personalised coaching from current pre-elite athletes who are actively competing and training at a high level. These one-on-one coaching opportunities provide direct access to athletes who understand the journey, challenges, and commitment required to succeed in sport.

Small Group Coaching

$150 NZD per Hour (maximum of 5 athletes)

Train alongside like-minded athletes in a fun, supportive, and competitive environment. With athletes working towards a range of goals, the group setting encourages accountability, camaraderie, and healthy competition while still allowing for personalised coaching and feedback.

Speed Strength with a Personal Trainer

$80 NZD per Hour

Our Strength & Conditioning Coaching is designed specifically for athletes looking to improve speed, power, athletic performance, and resilience. Delivered by qualified Personal Trainers who are also competitive sprinters, our coaches understand the physical demands of speed-based sports and the strength and conditioning required to produce results on the track.

Sessions are tailored to your individual goals and focus on developing strength, power, mobility, injury prevention, and movement quality. Whether you're a sprinter, field sport athlete, or simply looking to become a faster and more explosive athlete, our coaches bring both professional expertise and real-world athletic experience to every session.

No two athletes are the same, which is why every programme is individually designed around your goals, current abilities, training history, lifestyle, and stage of development. Our Relay Coaching service is designed for club teams, secondary school teams, and representative squads preparing for a specific relay event or championship. Sessions focus on baton exchanges, acceleration patterns, relay zone efficiency, team dynamics, race strategy, and overall relay execution.

Our coaches are actively involved in a New Zealand relay initiative and bring current, real-world experience from the national relay environment. Whether you're aiming for school championships, club competition success, or national-level performance, we'll help your team develop the skills, confidence, and precision needed to maximise relay performance when it matters most.
